What Causes Sharp Pain In Shoulder Blade With Difficulty During Breathing?
I am experiencing sharp pain in my upper back in shoulder blade area. When I attempt to take a deep breath the pain becomes more severe. I can not seem to take in a full deep breath. When I attempt to inhale and exhale I am not able to take a full cleansing breath.

you seem to be having a muscular spasm in the area.
please apply some analgesic cream and take a combination of muscle relaxant with analgesic the problem will reduce and resolve.
during the course of treatment keep doing deep breathing exercises as well
