What Causes Sharp Pain In The Chest After Exercising?
I get very bad pain in my chest after going up steps, walking fast, jumping or anything of fast move ment what could it be? There are 2 pin point spots that really hurt and its on both sides of my chest right above my beast. Very sharp pain if I don t stop what Im doing it will drop me to the floor.

Take an ECG to rule out any cardiac symptoms first. Then x-ray chest for costochondritis if normal with physician advice take painkillers and antacids.
