What Causes Sharp Pain In The Knee?
Intense sharp pain in knee. It comes and goes only lasts about 10-20 seconds then nothing. I do not recall anything that would have caused this. After the pain is gone its like nothing is wrong. It comes at all different times, sitting, standing and laying down.

It could be an early sign of arthritis.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
