What Causes Sharp Pain In The Left Breast?

My girlfriend is experiencing a sharp pain in her left breast and it seems to be spreading around tang surrounding area and it was a out of the blue situation and it just recently reached her nipple is there anyway to take that pain away due to its 12:30 at night

Hi,

Noted the history about your girlfriend having pain in the left breast, more so at nipple are, wants to know what can be done to take away the pain as it is 12:30 at night.
Due to shot history it is bit difficult to guess the cause.
You can certainly give her an anti-inflammatory medicine with painkiller properties like Ibuprofen if it suits her.
Ask her to have supportive bra so that pain is minimized further.
Hot water fomentation may also help.
Watch for any redness, swelling, insect bite marks, dilated veins and so on.
It would be better to get the examination done by a General Surgeon as soon as possible, to undergo Mammography and Ultrasonography to
