What Causes Sharp Pain In The Left Shoulder?
my left shoulder and deltoid will ache with a sharp pain whenever I rotate my arm or try to reach up from my lower back to my bra line. I also have pain tucking in my shirt or putting on a coat. I have no problem lifting things. could it be a bone spur, or calcium deposits?

Dear it could be muscular pain.But if the pain is like tingling sensation or radiates like current than you might need to get Xray shoulder and MRI cervical spine done.Other blood reports like Vit.D and B12 level can be done to rule out their deficiency.For treatment pain killer ointment like diclofenac oint. and physiotherapy will surely help.
