What Causes Sharp Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side?
what comes to mind with my symptoms? I am 34 yrs old i was active regularly. My symptoms include sharp pain in the RLQ almost like an appendicitis but I don t have an appendix. I have very dark almost black stool when the pain is very sever where I am doubled over and nothing relives the pain for hrs, when the pain is dull I have noticed bright red blood in the stool. I have more then normal amounts of mucous in the stool as well. My blood pressure is 100/60 I usually run 132/80. I am very fatigued. I have had a complete hysterectomy and am on 0.01 mg estrogen the femring.

You might be having upper GI bleed, which needs to be further investigated for the cause, as you might be anemic and get fatigue easily, you must consult a surgeon.
