What Causes Sharp Pain In The Lower Abdomen?
Hello I wonder if you can help, I have just experienced a very cramps sharp pain in the bottom of my stomach I believe it may of been trapped wind, however I can t now sit on my tailbone and have to roll over on my front to get up as its that painful/uncomfortable what would be the reason behind this please?

I have gone through your query. Renal colic (urinary stones) should be ruled out in your case. Ultrasound examination of abdomen and pelvis will be helpful to rule out this. Do you have regular bowel movement or is there constipation .?
