What Causes Sharp Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

Hi, I have been fairly healthy and active. 47 yrs. old. A few weeks ago I noticed sharpish pain going in a line from left to right in lower abdomen about 2 - 3 inches below my belly button. Especially when I try to do a setup. It feels as though it goes from near the hip bone on one side all the way across the front to the other hip bone. Ironically, I am also feeling sore pain in my outer lower back on both sides. It is NOT in my center lower back but almost about 1/2 way up on both sides of my back. It is not immediately near the spine, but below the rip cage 1/2 way down the back. Also, I have some sensitivity to my right testicle to touch. Almost like a mild bruising sensitivity when touching/moving around the right testicle. I don t know if all 3 things are tied together, but I have these aches/pains and discomfort right now.
