What Causes Sharp Pain In The Lower Left Pelvic Region?
I have a sharp pain in lower left pelvic region. It is not constant. It can last for several hours then not for a day or two. The pain is moderate. I a month ago I had organ prolapse surgery with a complete hysterectomy done vaginally. I had no discomfort from the surgery and was back to my normal routine within 72 hours expect for lifting. This pain started about 2 weeks ago and is intermittant.

There are two possibilities. There could be adhesions formed due to the surgery or some fluid accumulation called PID---regards
