What Causes Sharp Pain In The Lower Right Abdomen Post A Colonoscopy ?

I had a colonoscopy Tuesday morning. No polyps, no complications or soreness since. I have had normal bowel movements. Tonight I have started having some fairly sharp pains in my lower right abdomen. No fever. Could it just be trapped gas this long after the procedure?
