What Causes Sharp Pain In The Neck After A Bike Ride?
i have been getting sharp neck pain that is almost blinding. this happens most right after i come home from a bike ride. i usually only ride 3-5 miles. this happens most often in the shower about 5-10 minutes after the ride, but also when i m standing up anywhere in the house.

It may be due to muscle sprain. For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. Continue physical therapy.
