Over the last few days I have developed sharp constant pains in the right side of my pelvis. I have taken a pregnancy test but that was negative. Which I thought it would be as the last time I had unprotected sex was a week ago. Could this be an early pregnancy symptom. Have also felt very nauseas

The symptoms can be related to pregnancy.
I suggest repeating the pregnancy test after knee or two weeks.
You can also do a Beta HCG blood test to confirm or exclude the pregnancy.
