Lately I ve been having sharp pains in the right side of my pelvic area like where the ovaries are and in my lower abdomen and sometimes in my side. which i thought maybe I was just passing a kidney stone but I have also been experiencing fatigue, the passing of my bowels are different, i have loss of breath and lightheaded. It DOES NOT burn when I pee but my vagina feels a little weird once and a while. I m really confused can someone give me advice please?
