I woke up the other night with both arms from elbow down to my hands having a warmth or hot feeling moving from one end to the auseother and then arms and hands becoming numb. Also, my head got really hot and I was dizzy and a little nauseated and my heart began to race. This lasted about 10 minutes. I laid back down and tried to go to sleep but I was scared too. I slept a little and woke up feeling nauseated some and I went to work and felt better not long after. During the day I had a sharp pain that occurred maybe once every hour and half in my right back side at the bottom of my rib cage. The sharp pain shot through me in that spot and lasted a couple seconds and took my breath away when it occurred. This hasn't happened since. What could be going on? I am trying to get some health insurance but it won't begin until March 1st under the Affordable Care Act. I am a female 44 years old.
