How To Treat Right Sided Pharyngeal Mass Mediated Pain?

Pharengeal mass on rt side causing extreme pain weakness and loud ringing in my ear. Sharp pain in left temple causes dizziness and shortness of breath with Palpitations. What can I do? P.D. is very casual and unconcerned. Insurance is L.A. Care Anthem Blue Cross w/MediCal attached.

hi
any pharyngeal mass can cause ear pain as both are supplied by same nerve and this is called as refered otalgia. This occupancies ringing of sound which is called as tinnitus.
My option to u is to visit ent surgeon and rule out what kind of mass in pharynx. and it's treatment.
