What Causes Sharp Pain In The Ribs While Breathing After An Injury?

I fell on the side of the tub last Sunday and it was a hard fall from my elbow going out from under me and landing in the middle of my breast which has a silicone implant. Since then it has become increasingly hmore and more uncomfortable when lying and breathing on that side. Sharp pain in rib area when I try to breath deeply. Please advise.

It is mostly a muscle sprain for which you can have hot fomentation and can apply some analgesic ointment .. next to it is rib fracture.. you can go for chest X-ray..
