What Causes Sharp Pain In Upper Abdomen,breathlessness And Dizziness?

I started having vicious pains in my upper abdomen. They were sharp and painful. I could not go to the restroom. I tried to take a shower but could not stand up it hurt so much. I now am light headed, having a hard time breathing, hot, nauseous, and freaking out. The pain is in my right lower abdomen .Please help

I really appreciate your concern, such upper abdomen pain could be due to hyperacidity and it can be given try with Tab Omeprazole 40m with Domperidone once in day stress condition may be the cause hope this information helps.
