What Causes Sharp Pain In Wrist While Bending And Rotating?

Hi. I have a sharp pain in my left wrist, at the connection of where my hand joins my wrist on the outside. This pain is not constant more present with movement, however it is sore too Touch and I am struggling to bend my hand inwards. Also if I am at rotate my forearm the pain becomes stronger. I noticed the pain was present last week, however it didn t really stop me from activity, after footy training last night the pain flared up and become more intense. There is no redness or bruising and very little swelling.
