Visit your doctor for palpation of your abdomen and pelvis along with an ultrasound of your abdomen and pelvis for further evaluation. A comprehensive blood profile may also be required and please mention all the symptoms you have been experiencing especially if they are related to your gastrointestinal tract, your diet, nausea or vomiting, loss of appetite, weight loss, etc.
In the meantime, please drink plenty of water, avoid smoking, avoid alcohol, avoid spicy food, fatty food, fried food, carbonated drinks, etc.
Best wishes.
