What Causes Sharp Pain On Left Side Of The Forehead?

I have a very sharp pain in the front left side of the forehead which comes 1 every day maybe 1 every two days. Today was the wrost a very sharp pain in the morning around 5am and today I just haven t been feeling myself. I could be worried but I like to know what the cause of this random pain could be?

if it's one sided , u have to rule out migraine and sinusitis also.
but sinusitis pain usually last longer and dull aching

migraine usually have family history.
pls consult general physician or an ENT surgeon
