What Causes Sharp Pain On Lower Left Side Of Stomach And Constipation?

I'm a 14 year old girl. I have been recently having sharp pains on the lower left side of my stomach. When i sit down and bend over the pain then reaches my right side as well as my left. Earlier this evening i got a sharp pain in the lower right side of my stomach and i almost fell over. I have been constapated once recently, and i've been using the bathroom a lot. I've also been doing intense workouts everyday.. so that might have some affect on it.
