What Causes Sharp Pain On The Bottom Of Feet Radiating To Toes?
I have sudden pain on the bottom of my feet. . .sharp pain a little ways away from the toes (outside) bottom of foot. When I get up, sharp pain shoots through my foot for a second. I have never had this until today. I also have a terrible sinus infection and weakness. Otherwise my health is good and I don t think I have a very good chance of being diabetic. I have been doing myofascial release on my back and yoga lately. Did I overdo it for my 71 year old body?
