What Causes Sharp Pain On The Ear Lobe?

Hi Dr.Sumit. Hope you are doing good. I m experiencing a sharp pain on the right ear lobe where the spectacle sits. I have changed multiple specs thinking that its a problem with the frame but nothing seems to be working. Need your expert advise to remediate the problem. Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, the most common condition is contact dermatitis, and it can be best managed with "Beclomethasone cream" it is better to confirm the diagnosis and look for differential diagnosis hope this information helps.
