Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

There are 2 main symptoms that need to be addressed and they don't seem to be interrelated.

1. The sharp head pains might be caused by trigeminal neuralgia. This is when the nerve the innervates the area causes pain and it is generally not controlled with the usual pain killers. Cold compresses in the area might make that pain worse. Medications that might help with it is carbamazepine and you might need to talk with your doctor on the benefit of starting it.

2. The quick falling down conditions- you will need extensive heart check for it including: ECG, neck artery ultrasound and a cardiologist opinion. If all the cardiac evaluation is normal then you will need to have a thorough check by a neurologist with an EEG (a test that evaluates brain waves).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,
Antoneta Zotaj, MD
