What Causes Sharp Pain Under Ribs On Left Side While Sneezing?
While sneezing it felt like I pinched something on my left side right under my ribs. That was my first sneeze the second time I sneezed it did it again but this time it felt like something popped or Ruptured If I move or lean to much my side tightens like its a muscle spasm and I m in extreme pain

You might be having muscle spasm which might have occurred because of violent sneezing. Take muscle relaxants orally and you can apply diclofenac ointment locally to get relive of pain.
