What Causes Sharp Pain Under The Breast Along With Burning Sensation?

My mother had an episode where she had been leaning over our kitchen island for about 15 minutes, when she stood up she felt a sharp gas like pain but near her spleen or under her left breast, she then felt like she would pass out and got a burning sensation that went up to her neck. After lying down for a few minutes she felt better but was still weak and fatigued.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such painful condition may be due to muscular spasm and it is due to uneven posture most of the time it comes on its own but in rare condition it can be given try with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day, else this is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
