What Causes Sharp Pain While Bending Head Post Injury?
My 10yr old bumped his head on a play structure at school ( top of head). He is complaining of sharp pains when he bends his head down (like looking at the floor) in additon to tenderness at the site. Small bump but nothing remarkable. Does he need to be seen or just treat with OTC and ice? he has a past hx of concussion in the last year.

Head injury case need to be kept under the observation for couple of days this is the rule because anything could happen during this time period, this can not be underestimated, and better to get done some investigation and the best option would be CT brain, hope this information helps, take care.
