What Causes Sharp Pains In The Testicle?
Randomly occurring, sharp pain in one testicular. The pain seems to be deep inside and is a stinging pain. Pain usually lasts for up to 30 seconds and then wears off but is likely to return again as this pain is felt 2-3 times per day. No swelling or heaviness in the testicles is apparent, no serious injuries have occurred recently and ejaculation is normal. Testicular feel normal to the touch. 17 years old; 198lbs.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this pain may be due to epididymitis some time this could be due to some infection, I would suggest the following medicines for this
1) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day
2) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg once in day
most of the time this may comes around with the above drug regime, if this fails to work then clinical examination is must, have a nice day.
