What Causes Sharp Pains Neck Down During Pregnancy?

I am 6 months pregnant. Two days ago I started with sharp pain down my neck down my torso around my left rib cage. Breathing deeply has been difficult. I also can not lay on my left side with out having a lot of pain. The pain is a stabbing sensation, and breathing deeply can make it worse, even laughing or sneezing causes the pain. I was thinking it was pleurisy.....what should i do
