What Causes Sharp Shooting Pain Across Lower Back After Falling?

I fell and hit the left hand side of my hip 8 weeks ago. Have a 360degree fusion whole of lumbar spine. From waist to thigh is hot and tender to touch and I m getting sharp shooting pain across my lower back just below waist- it s so severe I scream out loud. What should I do?

I really appreciate your concern, such fall injury always needs x-ray study to rule out the fracture and muscular injury so better to see the orthopedic surgeon, till then analgesic can be tried like Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
