Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Pain may be due to lumbosacral muscle spasm or lumbar spondylosis or radiculopathy.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done x-ray lumbosacral spine, avoid heavy weight lifting, use tablet aceclofenac with muscle relaxant twice a day for five days.

If no improvement please consult your physician/orthopedic surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
