yes, good afternoon. I was assisting lifting an entertainment system and I had proper form as I am a professional mover. when I started to lift I go a sharp shooting pain in my lower back. I have stretched it but it still hurts. I am wondering how serious this is.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done x-ray lumbosacral spine, avoid heavy weight lifting, use tablet aceclofenac with muscle relaxant twice a day for five days.
If no improvement please consult your physician/orthopedic surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
