What Causes Sharp Shoulder Pain Along With Blurred Vision?
Hello, I am male, age 32. About two hours ago I started having sharp pain in my left shoulder, above the collarbone. The pain is gradually moving up the left side of my neck and my vision in my left eye becomes blurred occasionally during a sharp twinge. I also just experienced pressure and dull pain in my chest, left side.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and get an MRI scan to rule out ligament or tendon injury.
