What Causes Sharp Stabbing Pain In Left Side Post Nissen Fundoplication?
Hi. I had Nissen Fundoplication 6 weeks ago. Within the past 2 weeks I have experienced sharp stabbing pain in left side where stitching occurred. What could be causing this? My surgeon indicated that he had to go thru muscle and stitch. I longaberger this pain for 2 weeks and it is sporadic. Can gas cause this?
