I am experiencing sharp needlelike pains in my stomach area all the time. I had Shingles last year and before I was diagnosed with this I had these similar pains in my stomach but my GP did not give me an answer to what it could be. They are sharp stinging pains which make me cringe and jump as they hurt. I get them at night and they wake me up, also happens throughout the day. I really would like to know if I need blood tests as my Potassium was very low when I had shingles last year or is it some sort of underlying disease. Await your reply. Thanks.
