OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

I believe he has developed pancreatitis but it needs to be evaluated properly for further management Till then you can give him BAscopan or Drotin twice in a day and Syp. Mucain gel after every meal, and Ondem 4 mg before meals.

I am writing some investigations which are to be done: CBC, LFT, Sr.Amylase, Lipase, USG abdomen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
