What Causes Sharp Twisting Pain Below The Navel?
I have had 3 csections and a umbilical hernia with a repair two years ago. Just now I went to stand up and I had a sharp twisting feeling on my right side, just to the right and little down from my belly button. Should I go to the ED or wait to call my primary?

Such pain may be caused due to herniating loops of intestine into the layers of abdomen. I would suggest you to visit a hospital as soon as possible because your history may be suggestive of some serious condition.
