What Causes Shiny Flat Spot On Penis Head?

Hi i got a shiny flat spot on my penis head, i have no discharge, no pain no itchiness. It appeared almost a year ago at the top of the head of my penis. I went to see two different doctors, got std tests, hiv test and came out with clean results. I was diagnosed with lichen planus before. What is happening to me?
