Hello dear

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* Abdominal discomfort is from residual part of infection still to be
recovered.

* Shiny urine is due to concentration of urine with pH alterations , plenty
of oral liquids will mostly clear it ; else can take urine microscopy
later on .

Wishing you fine recovery .
Regards .
