General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the assembly of ringing ears, pounding head, vertigo at times do not indicate dehydration, but rather internal disturbances with homeostasis of the brain or inner ear structures.

- endolymph issues
- disturbances at the cerebrospinal fluid circulation pathways
- developing hydrocephalus
- neurotransmitter problems
- tumors
- intracranial blood pressure changes

However, a detailed history, physical examination with necessary radiology work up as MRI or others are helpful in this regard.

If any of the reports are available with you, kindly share with me during follow up consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
