What Causes Shock Twinges In Lower Right Quadrant And Back Of Head?

Hi, I am Kathy. I am experiencing sporatic twinges (not really painful) in the lower right quadron, back of my head...where it bends into the neck, just inside that large skull bone. As I said, it is not really painful...more of a light "shock" twinge. Is this anything to be concerned about?
