Hi, I have gone through your question. Headache in pregnancy should be investigated and treated because it can be due to increased blood pressure which is a high risk situation. Pain during the fetal movements is common. Breathing difficulty is due to the uterus size which compresses the lungs. Sharp shooting pain in lower body can be due to the ligament stretch which is common in late pregnancy. I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly. You should get a ultrasound done to rule out any pathology like excessive fluid around the fetus. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health.
