Is Positive ICT A Serious Concern During Pregnancy?

My daughter in law is in her last week of 8 months. Her ICT was negative initially, later on it was 1:08 then 1:16. She has been administered Anti D 2 times. Is there any cause of worry. Her blood group in B negative and husband s blood group in O positive. Any suggestion / advise please. Regards Ram Mohan YYYY@YYYY

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Positive ICT means that there is a chance of a hemolytic reaction. Nothing much to worry as the condition will settle with antiD treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
