What Causes Shooting Pain At The Top Of Head?
I have a shooting pain at the top of my head which can be tender to touch... It is also causing discomfort when laying a certain way... I also keep getting pains in my right ear which is the same side as the pain on my head... I have no bruising or swelling.

Well come to HCM
Such pain could be due to sinus inflammation or some time this could be nonspecific but pain can be managed with medicine given below
1) Tab Acetaminophen with Diazepam 250+ 2.5 mg once in day
