What Causes Shooting Pain In Hip Radiating To The Legs?

I have been experiencing pain in my legs and hands (and now more recently in my lower back). The pain can be shooting or burning, and is usually the worst in my right hip, but extends all the way down my leg into my toes. On some days the pain goes away, but always comes back. These symptoms began over two months ago. I have also been experiencing numbness, pins and needles, and difficulty using my fingers (for example, using them to unlock my front door with a key, or using a mouse). These symptoms began more recently, perhaps about a month ago. I have gone to the ER and walk in clinics. They have done some blood tests looking for inflammation (anti CRP, rheumatoid factor, ESR etc.) and for a few other things like Lyme Disease, Celiac Disease, etc. They have also done x-rays. None of these tests have shown anything out of the ordinary. What could this be?
