What Causes Shooting Pain In Inner Thigh And Blood In Urine?

I have endometriosis (20 years now) I am experiencing sharp shooting pain on my left side shooting into my inner thigh, chills, gas pains, I feel like a have a bad UTI but after going to the doctor it s ruled out, it did show microscopic blood in urine which has happened before (from the endo?) I don t know if I should goto the er or just wait it out? The pain is on/off/on/off and when it hits it hurts so bad I feel like vomiting, it kept me up all night last night and is even more painful today

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history and symptoms it seems that there might be having renal stone in left kidney and now might entered in ureter or bladder giving sever pain radiating to inner thigh.
Presence of blood without pus cells indicates that there might be having stone.
Consult urologist and get examined.
Ultra sound of kidneys will give important clue.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
