What Causes Shooting Pain In The Abdomen Along With Blurred Vision?

1) I have a shooting pain like I m being stabbed with an ice pick inside on my left front side maybe where my ovary should be 2) My eyesight goes bleary and I loose my balance every now and then, it comes unexpected and there is on sign it s coming on 3) I am unable to sleep deep and well at night and don t get much sleep, it feels like my brain won t stop and won t shut off. I never went through menopause hot flashes or had any symptoms that my friends had. My blood pressure is 140 over 80. I m 5 3 and my weight fluctuates between 147 and 157, depending on my stress level.

The possible cause with shooting pain in abdomen and blurred vision is vascular insufficiency involving medium size blood vessels of mesentery and retina. Kindly discuss the need of retina examination and angiography of mesenteric vessels for final diagnosis and cure accordingly.
