Should i be worried about this, it feels kind if like a spasm, similar to the one i get in my back when i bend over now and then

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Possibility of pulled muscle related shooting pain is more likely because your pain is associated with movements (bending).
But better to first get done ecg and 2d echo to rule out heart diseases.
If both these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Avoid sudden bending. Avoid movements causing pain.
Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
Take simple painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs like ibuprofen and thiocolchicoside.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
