Hi,

True labor pains will be around lower abdomen, moderate to severe, progressively becomes frequent and more longer. If not, its likely false pain, and need not worry- just take rest, drink enough fluids and keep an eye on number of fetal movements.

If fetal movements decreases, leaking or bleeding happens or pain progresses as said before, kindly take her to doctor.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK
