What Causes Shooting Pains At The Back Of Head With Extreme Fatigue?

My daughter who will be 17 next week has had shooting pains in her head for past few weeks. Today when she bent down to pick up her shoes, she felt severe pain in back of head, breathlessness all day and extreme fatigue. There is a family history of aneurysms with females in my family but it s always been heart. This a bit extreme for me to say but always good for doctors to know. Any advice would be more than welcome.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this may not be aneurism as you are thinking but this could be due to sinusitis, there is only option to rule out the possibility of aneurism if ever want to clear the doubt of this and that is MRI study, as there is no associate symptoms so this may not be the aneurism, it would be nothing to loose if the condition would be treated as sinusitis, hope this information helps, take care.
