Hello,

Do not worry about that. A light period does not mean that something is wrong. Sometimes it may have a relationship to age, bad nutritional habits, stress, over exercising, pregnancy, breastfeeding, hormonal birth control pills, and others.

Remember that you may experience an unusual period for no particular reason. So you should still let your doctor know to determine any underlying causes that may be affecting your menstrual cycle.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
